Artexium is an online platform offering curated contemporary artworks, including limited edition prints and original pieces. The platform operates as an intermediary between customers and independent artists or production partners.
Products
Products available on Artexium include original artworks and made-to-order prints. Each artwork may vary slightly in appearance due to the production process, materials, or display settings. Colors may differ depending on screen calibration.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Artexium reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.
Payments
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. All transactions are processed securely. Artexium does not store payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
Artworks are shipped either by production partners or directly by independent artists. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All shipments include appropriate packaging and, where applicable, insurance.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Risk & Ownership
Ownership of the artwork transfers to the customer upon full payment. Risk transfers upon delivery to the specified address.
Damage & Claims
If an artwork arrives damaged, the customer must contact Artexium within 48 hours of delivery. The customer must provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products, made-to-order prints are non-refundable except in case of defect or damage.
Original artworks may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to approval. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Intellectual Property
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the respective artist. The purchase of an artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form.
User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activities. Artexium reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation.
Limitation of Liability
Artexium shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by carriers, customs issues, or force majeure events.
Force Majeure
Artexium shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transport or supply chains.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware courts.
